Carson Valley Pops Orchestra and the Town of Minden present the Winter Concert Dec. 14, 2013, in the CVIC Hall at 7:00 PM. Conducted by Elizabeth Eubanks, the Orchestra is made up of musicians who donate their time and talent to provide free concerts for the community.
