Cospire is thrilled to open our fourth programming season with our sister-community of the North Shore and welcome internationally acclaimed speaker and coach, Reagan Cannon, to the Cospire-stage on October 23rd, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort. This season opening event will provide women leaders from sole proprietorships to C-suite rankings, the opportunity to gain insights and acquire implementable techniques to conquer the competence complex and stop being left out of the promotion conversation! Reagan Cannon is an international leadership speaker and coach, with proven tactics and insights from over 20 years of experience at Fortune 15 companies, including executive leadership positions at Amazon and AT&T. As a true global thought leader, she has delivered keynotes, coached global leaders, delivered a TEDx talk, and conducted development workshops for thousands of people in more than 20 countries - on six continents.

Reagan speaks authentically from her own corporate journey, moving from entry level manager to executive by the time she was 33 years old. During her career, she delivered both business and employee engagement results, while leading organizations of 10,000 people. Most importantly, she built senior leadership teams that were consistently 40%+ female. Inspired by the challenge of helping women advance into senior leadership, she founded RC Consulting in 2016, which is dedicated to empowering women and equipping their allies.
