CVMC Family Health and Wellness Fair
Description
Free health screenings, family fitness activities, and senior health resources.
Booths include: Blood pressure, body composition, lung health screening, Althletic shoe fitting, nutritional assessments (bring recent lab work if you have it), free chair massage, tour the Care Flight helicopter & East Fork fire truck, car seat inspections.
Free lunch provided by CVMC Employee Booster Club.
