DCHS Courthouse Museum Seasonal Opening The Douglas County Historical Society's Courthouse Museum in Genoa will host a grand opening reception from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 P.M. Sunday, May 4. Festivities begin with the presentation of historic wedding gowns and a collection of hand painted gourds honoring the Washoe Tribal Elders and will include a Meet & Greet with artist Charles Munroe, the creator of the hand painted gourds.
