RED CROSS FAMILY CARE GIVING CLASS: CARING FOR THE CAREGIVER
The purpose of this class is to inform Caregivers how to take care of their own health while caring for a loved one.
After completing this module, participants should: Recognize the signs of caregiver stress; Identify ways to make time for themselves; Understand how to access help from community organizations such as respite care.
