Description
Our May lecture speakers will be Dick and Wanda Canton. They will tell us about their book, "Bodie Railway & Lumber Co., Railroad in the Sky, 1881-1917. Dick and Wanda along with like-minded railroad fans formed the "Friends of the Bodie Railway" in the late 1990s. The Cantons live in the Carson Valley and have a cabin near Mammoth Lakes. They have worked to keep the history of this railroad alive. Admission is $3.00/free to members
