Magical Moments and Beyond!
An important part of the mission of Service Spectacular is to help improve the economic vitality of our community. One way to achieve that goal is to give employees the tools they need to reach an even higher level of guest service.
The Service Spectacular workshop has been designed especially for front-line employees and is based on the premise that the power to improve guest service ultimately rests in the hands of employees.
You will undoubtedly find this workshop to be fun and highly interactive. This is not the type of training where you can sit back and passively participate in the learning experience. You will have ample opportunity to apply your newly acquired knowledge in a number of skill-building exercises. Don’t worry! You will not be asked to perform or embarrass yourself in any way!
Some of the topics covered in this workshop include:
♦ How to exceed guest expectations by delivering “Magical Moments.”♦ A powerful and effective formula for dealing with difficult guests.
♦ Grasp the importance of taking ownership of your attitude.
